Clubs can rely on the safety and security of their members while fostering a culture of Healthy Player Development.

Post-game, the Coach promptly generates a 'GAME CARD', entering essential data to provide the team with valuable 'Opposition TES rating and Game Detail' at a single click, offering crucial context. Players and Parents appreciate the almost immediate constructive feedback.

The Coach then proceeds to assess each player's performance individually, and the player completes a self-evaluation, conducted in a distinctive ‘DOUBLE BLIND’ setting using the same assessment criteria. This process requires only a few minutes per player. Notably, all evaluation results remain private, accessible exclusively by the Coach and the individual player and their parent.

By following this consistent TES Criteria, players (and parents) gain deeper insights into their game performance from both the Coach’s and self perspectives. Players, Parents, and Coaches can achieve a clearer understanding of levels and expectations, enabling performance tracking, data comparison, knowledge enhancement, and continuous improvement.

Understanding past performances helps pinpoint key areas for improvement, turning challenges into quantifiable and enjoyable objectives while ensuring objectivity. TES also fosters player motivation through engaging training exercises integrated into the platform, fostering player confidence and performance enhancement.

Transparency is key: Parent oversight is seamlessly integrated into TES without hidden agendas or communications. Specifically, parents (of minors) have their own portal to monitor their child's data within a healthy and secure environment. TES was carefully designed so parents can conveniently access and provide support as needed.
